You can add new or edit existing data sheets. For example, you can have a price sheet and catalog description in .pdf format, and an image .gif format. These files are all generically known as data sheets. In order for your web site's end-users to download the data sheets, you must add them to the catalog.

Do not use "."
before the file name extension. For example, type doc
for Microsoft Word documents.
Name the parameter Data Sheet:
parameter help (with a space
between the two words).
To add a data sheet:
Click Edit.
Under New Attached File, click Browse and select the file that you want to add.
For example, for Price Sheet, you can upload a file named PriceSheet.pdf.
Click Save.
