Go to: Catalog tab>Data Sheet Types
You can create a list of file types for files that are related to models in your catalog, such as data sheets, price sheets, or images. These files are generically known as data sheets. The files can be in any file format, but you must associate an application file type with each file type name.
To create a list of associated file types:
Click Add.
Type the name of the file type in the Data Sheet Type box.
Type the desired three-character file name extension in the File Extension box.
Do not use "."
before the file name extension. For example, type doc
for Microsoft Word documents.
Click Add.
The Data Sheets Type dialog box appears with the new file type.
The Data Sheet Type that you added also appears on the Data Sheets dialog box.
You can also use the Data Sheet Types dialog box to edit existing an existing file type.
To edit an existing file type:
In the Attached Files dialog box, select an Attachment Type.
Click Edit.
The Edit Data Sheet Types dialog box appears.
Make changes in the Data Sheet Type and File Extension boxes.
Click Save.
The Data Sheet Type dialog box appears with your changes.
