Go to: Users tab>select user type>Add Users
You can create three types of users:
Admin Users. Create catalogs, add models to the catalog, and create new users.
When creating Admin Users, you
can select 3D ProductPage Enabled.
This option grants Admin Users
access to 3D ProductPage, a web-authoring
tool for creating template-based catalogs. This tool automatically associates
the online catalog interface with the product data contained within 3D Content Manager. 3D
ProductPage includes a Wizard to create the catalog, and an Administrator
to edit and customize the options.
Web Admin Users. Create the 3D ProductPage, using either the Wizard or the Administrator.
Service Users. Only access 3D PartStream.NET services through the API.
To add any user:
On the Users tab, select either:
Admin Users
Web Admin Users
Service Users
If there are existing users of any type, they are listed by their Login Name.
Click the Login Name to view or edit that user.
Click Add Users to display the Create [user type you select] dialog box.
Set Type to another
user type to change the dialog box and add another type of user.
Select 3D ProductPage Enabled to grant the administrator Access Privileges to 3D ProductPage
Available only when
adding an Admin User.
Type the following information:
First Name
Last Name
email Address
Login
Password
Do one of the following:
To add a Service User, or an Admin User with 3D ProductPage Enabled cleared, click Add, and the Create Admin User returns with a confirmation message.
To add an Admin User with the 3D ProductPage Enabled checked, click Next.
To add an Admin User:
In the Create User dialog box:
Type a value for Login.
The Login
you use cannot be the same as your user login, or any other existing login
for your catalog.
Type a Password.
Click Add
The Create Admin User returns with a confirmation message.
To add a Web Admin User:
Click Next
In the Create User dialog box:
Type a Login.
The Login
you use cannot be the same as your user login, or any other existing login
for your catalog.
Type a Password.
Click Add.
The Web Admin User dialog box returns with a confirmation message.
