You can click any of the
topic headings to toggle the sort order. For example, if you click Model Name, the column is sorted alphabetically
by model name. If you click a month, the column is sorted by the number
of views or downloads.Usage Reports (By Formats) generates a date-sensitive report listing what percentage of each model format (such as .dwg, .sldasm, .jpg, and so on) in the catalog were viewed or downloaded. The percentage is based on the total number of models in the catalog.
To generate usage reports by formats:
In the Usage Reports dialog box, select By Formats.
Select Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly for Time Horizon.
Select Last 12 Months or Range for Date.
If you selected Range, specify From and To dates.
Select Views Only, Downloads Only, or Views/Downloads for Views/Downloads.
Click Get Report.
The report lists the percentage viewed or downloaded of each format in the catalog, based on your choice of format, date, and type (views, downloads, or both).
