Go to: Catalog tab>Usage Reports>By Categories
Usage Reports (By Categories) generates a date-sensitive report, listing a count by category of how many models were viewed or downloaded from the catalog. You can select the categories, and select if you want the count to include any sub-categories within the selected top-level categories.
To generate usage reports by categories:
In the Usage Reports dialog box, select By Categories.
Select the categories to include in the report for Select Categories.
If necessary, expand the folder to select specific categories and sub-categories.
If you select the top level
category, the generated report displays a model count that only includes
that category, not from any of the other categories or sub-categories
in the catalog. To include model counts from other categories and sub-categories,
select Include Sub-Categories count.
Select Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly for Time Horizon.
Select Last 12 Months or Range for Date.
If you selected Range, specify From and To dates.
Select Views Only, Downloads Only, or Views/Downloads for Views/Downloads.
Select Include Sub-Categories count to include a count of sub-categories in the report.
Click Get Report.
The report lists a count of the categories, based on your choice of categories, sub-categories, date, and type (views, downloads, or both).
You can click any of the
topic headings to toggle the sort order. For example, if you click Model Name, the column is sorted alphabetically
by model name. If you click a month, the column is sorted by the number
of views or downloads.
