3D ContentCentral Service Status

The Dassault Systemes Computer Security Incident Response Team (3DS CSIRT) recently detected unauthorized access affecting a limited number of systems within our North American environment. We initiated our incident response procedures and immediately contained the threat.

As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily disabled access to 3D ContentCentral.

We are conducting a thorough forensic investigation; at this stage, we have found no evidence of any impact on customer data, whether personal or business-related.

We are working to restore these services in the coming days, pending completion of underlying system hardening activities. Protecting our customers' data is our highest priority, and we apologize for the inconvenience this disruption may cause.
